Brian Hines, a founding Partner of FHO Partners, has been in the real estate business for 29 years. Brian focuses primarily on the Greater Boston Suburban Office and R&D Markets and specifically the Route 128 office corridor and northwest suburbs where he has represented numerous tenants and select landlords in the leasing and sale of office, R&D and light manufacturing space.
During his tenure in this marketplace, Brian has been involved with the leasing or sale of over 15 million square feet. He was selected as the Commercial Broker of the Year in 1999 by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
Before founding FHO Partners, Brian was a founding Partner of Fallon Hines & O’Connor in 1988, which became the Boston office of the Trammell Crow Company in 1998. Prior to working for Trammell Crow Company, Brian was a Vice President at The Codman Company and a Leasing Broker at Meredith & Grew.
Brian received a BA from the College of the Holy Cross and is an active member of numerous organizations throughout the city.
