John Boyle is a founding Partner at FHO Partners. He has been in the real estate business for over 23 years with a focus in the Suburban and Cambridge Office Markets.  John has represented some of the largest corporate and regional headquarters in Massachusetts including BMC Software, Brightcove, Decision Resources, Inc., Epsilon, Kronos, Microsoft, Monitor and PTC. John also leads client teams providing transaction management services to multi-market global corporate portfolios including Epsilon, Kronos, Monitor and PTC. He has completed transactions in most major US cities and has significant experience executing leases in India and China.

John was awarded the Massachusetts Commercial Brokers Association's Broker of the Year Leadership Award in 2010, it is the highest honor a commercial broker can receive in the marketplace. John also received the Global Services Provider of the Year Award for 2010 for by CoreNet New England. This award is the most prestigious honor a commercial real estate executive can receive that advocates for users as the voting is done by commercial real estate executive users. He was named one of the “Hot Brokers” in the United States by Commercial Property News.

John is the only commercial real estate executive to be awarded both the Massachusetts Commercial Brokers Association Broker of the Year Leadership Award and the CoreNet New England Global Service Provider of the year Award in the same year. 

Prior to founding FHO Partners, John was a Principal at Trammell Crow Company and a Senior Vice President of Fallon Hines & O’Connor. While at Trammell Crow Company, John was awarded the Top Producer Award, for being one of the top producers for all eight years he was with the firm. John received a BA from Bates College and is a Board Member of The Walker School and is on the Board of Overseers for Bay Cove Shelter.
