John Boyle is a founding Partner at FHO Partners. He has been in the real estate business for over 23 years with a focus in the Suburban and Cambridge Office Markets. During his tenure in the real estate business, John has been involved with over 1,300 transactions with an aggregate value of over $4.5B. He has represented some of the largest and most visible corporate headquarters and regional headquarters in the suburban Boston office market including BMC Software, Decision Resources, Inc., Epsilon, Google, Kronos, Microsoft, Monitor, Phase Forward and PTC.

John also leads client teams providing transaction management services to multi-market global corporate portfolios for such clients as Epsilon, Kronos, Monitor, Phase Forward and PTC. He has completed transactions in most major US cities and has significant experience executing leases in India, China and many international markets.

He was named one of the “Hot Brokers” in the United States by Commercial Property News and was awarded Suburban Deal of the Year for his efforts on IBM’s 200,000 SF, three building campus lease in Lexington, MA.

Prior to founding FHO Partners, John was a Principal at Trammell Crow Company and a Senior Vice President of Fallon Hines & O’Connor. While at Trammell Crow Company, John was awarded the Top Producer Award, for being one of the top producers in the nation for TCC all eight years he was with the firm.

John received a BA from Bates College and is actively involved in numerous charitable organizations throughout the City of Boston. He is a Board Member of The Walker School in Needham; is on the Board of Overseers for Bay Cove Shelter; and a former Board Member for Nativity Prep School.
