Sue Donovan is a Senior Vice President at FHO Partners and has been in the real estate business for 12 years. She concentrates her efforts primarily assisting major corporate clients like Fidelity and Staples, transacting leases and managing corporate leased portfolios throughout North America and other international locations as well.

Sue also assists several institutional clients in the Metrowest / Route 495 Central Market leasing office and R&D space.

Sue began her real estate career as a financial analyst in asset management before moving into brokerage. Prior to FHO Partners, Sue was a Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and a Financial Analyst for Hudson Advisors/Lone Star Opportunity Fund.

Sue received a BA from Simmons College.
