Chuck O’Connor has been practicing commercial real estate in Downtown Boston since 1981. He started his career with The Codman Company, was a founding Partner of Fallon Hines & O’Connor and a founding Partner of FHO Partners.
Chuck focuses his efforts in the corporate advisory sector and has represented numerous downtown clients during his career. Those clients include Acadian Asset Management, Cambridge Associates, Choate Hall & Stewart, Convexity Capital, Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP, Fidelity Investments, Foley Hoag LLP, Grantham Mayo van Otterloo, Harvard Management, Highfields Capital, John Hancock, Summit Partners, Pioneer Investments, Tudor Investments, as well as numerous others.
Chuck was selected by his peers as Boston’s Broker of the Year in 2006. His strong market awareness and experience level has allowed him to constantly provide his clients with professional real estate service and consultation.
Chuck received a BA from The College of the Holy Cross in 1978. Over the years, he has been involved in numerous business and civic organizations including The Chief Executives Club of Boston, the President’s Council, the American Ireland Fund and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
