Jennifer Elia began her career in the real estate industry in 1998 focusing primarily on lease portfolio management services, including negotiation support and lease abstracting. She works closely with the corporate advisory services team in assisting clients during the lease negotiation process. In addition, she manages the delivery of lease administration services for several key corporate clients. Jennifer’s legal background and experience reviewing commercial leases give her a broad understanding of how the business terms of a lease can impact a client’s tenancy, making her a valuable asset to both our team and our clients.

Prior to FHO Partners, Jennifer was a Vice President at Trammell Crow Company. She began her real estate career as a part-time lease administrator at Fallon Hines & Connor while she attended law school.

Jennifer received a BA from Fordham University, and a JD from Suffolk University Law School, and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. She is a member of the Suffolk University Law School Alumni Association and a mentor at the Dearborn Middle School in Boston.
