Kim Nugent, who has been in the real estate industry for nine years, is a lease auditor at FHO Partners. Kim has worked widely on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Her background in lease analysis and auditing enables her to offer our clients a focused evaluation of their real estate expenses. As an essential part of our portfolio lease administration team, Kim provides financial management services to several of our key corporate clients like Biogen Idec, Epsilon Data Management, Inc., Kronos and Parametric Technology Corporation. Some of these services include preparing, reviewing and approving monthly rent rolls, assisting in the budgeting process and performing desk top audits on CAM and Real Estate Tax estimates and reconciliations.

Prior to FHO Partners, Kim was a Lease Auditor at Trammell Crow Company, and prior to that, a Senior Lease Analyst at REIT Management & Research and a Lead Lease Auditor at Arch Wireless, Inc.

Kim did her undergraduate studies at Worcester State College and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Real Estate Finance at Boston University.
