Lynne Brown has over 15 years experience in the real estate industry and has worked on both the tenant and landlord sides of the business. She currently focuses on providing lease administration services to our corporate clients, including lease abstracting, rent payment, budgeting and financial reporting.
Prior to FHO Partners, Lynne worked in corporate lease administration; first at Au Bon Pain, where she managed a portfolio of 120 locations, and then at Lease Administration Solutions, where she completed several special projects for the firm’s clients such as validating CAM payments, auditing annual real estate tax and operating expense escalations, and financial reporting. She also held positions as a Property Tax Accountant at American Tower and Director of Lease Administration Services at Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Everest. Lynne began her real estate career in the property management group at Capital Properties.
Lynne received a BA from New England College in Arundel, UK.
