Teresa Fettig who has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years is Senior Lease Auditor at FHO Partners.  Teresa's work has focused extensively on behalf of tenants.  Her background in lease accounting, lease analysis and auditing enables her to offer our clients a detailed evaluation of their real estate expenses.

As an integral part of our portfolio lease administration team, Teresa provides lease audit services to several of our key corporate clients including Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge and MKS.  Some of these services include assisting in the budgeting process and performing desktop and full scope lease audits on CAM and Real Estate Tax estimates and reconciliations. 

Prior to FHO Partners, Teresa was a Lease Compliance Project Manager with The Talbots, Inc. where she was responsible for preparing operating budgets, lease data implementation, managing the audit program and analyzing lease expense for over 250 Talbots / J. Jill store locations resulting in annual cost savings of over $1,000,000. 

Teresa has a B.S. in finance from Northeastern University and was also a member/presenter at the National Retail Tenants Association, a leading professional organization for retail tenants and lease administration/audit service providers.
